Ancient paths criss-cross the UK, but especially among the Celtic lands of Wales and Cornwall. In Cornwall, these are often old green lanes, leading from a creek up to a holy site and may well have been in existence when the Celtic saints walked this land. But more than that, they can also be ancient paths in the Spirit realm, where early Christians have forged a connection in prayer between heaven and earth that can still be accessed.
