Celtic Glory

Talgarth, Wales

Talgarth, Wales

Talgarth, a village in mid Wales near The Black Mountains, is where the Celtic King Brychan held his court and greatly influenced the area for Christianity. It's from here that his large family of children spread out across Wales, Cornwall and France with the gospel of Jesus Christ. It's also a place where this ancient spiritual well reopened in the 18th century with Howell Harris and the revival which sparked the start of Welsh Methodism.
